New Features - 11-3 Build 7

Welcome to Collect! Version 11.3 Build 7. This latest version has many new features and functionality. There are also many optimizations and enhancements to existing features.

Schedule If User Level

New functionality has been added to the Contact Plan Event's Schedule If feature. You can now specify a User Level or range of User Levels as criteria for executing the Event. When Collect! executes the Contact Plan it will evaluate the User Level of the Operator who owns the Debtor the plan is being run on. This enables you to centralize in one plan several different kinds of events that depend on the security level of the user.

Please refer to Help topic, Schedule If User Level for details.

Log On First Entry

This new switch in the Screen and Messages form enables you to log to notes the first entry in an initially blank field. With the switch ON, Collect! will log changes to notes on first entry for any field on the Debtor form. When the switch is OFF, only changes to existing field data are logged to notes.

Please refer to Help topic, Log to Notes for details.

All Operator Commissions Report

A new All Operator Commission by Selected Date report in the Collect! Report Definitions enables you to output all operator commissions by selected Date Range. This report has pleasant formatting and headers and footers set up to handle multiple pages clearly when necessary.

You can also set cash value in the Operator Detail, Goal 1 field. This Goal value will be displayed in the subtotals in the report for each operator, with the total commission payout adjusted appropriately according to the Operator Goal. This number serves as a 'minimum' commission which must be met before take home commissions begin to be credited to the operator. It is sometimes known as a 'breakeven' number or a 'ceiling' number.

The All Operator Commission by Selected Date report is also available for download at the Collect! Member Center in the Sample Reports area.
